Songs for Sleep are meditative, healing songs both lyrical & instrumental. Born out of requests from the Women we work with in prison who struggle to go to sleep.
This music is not designed to be “listened to" in the conventional way. It helps calm the central nervous system and supports sleep. Starting with subtle pace before slowly descending into soft lullabies.
