In a welcoming, friendly and sometimes hilarious environment, we will delight in the playing of lots of different grooves. It doesn’t matter if you’re new or have been coming for years, there are no expectations, it’s an opportunity to forget your worries and immerse yourself in rhythm.

Sometimes it’s meditative, sometimes it’s complex, it can be funky or deep or earthy, we love it all! Come and connect, synchronise and feel free!
